Graduate information management system is designed for solving problems in graduation process management. It can improve management efficiency, reduce management costs and provide an open online platform teachers and students and help office processes more intelligent and scientific for management department. The system involves many types of users, multiple roles and multiple functional modules, according to the business needs, it can divide into four sub-modules, they are paper process management, paper review management, graduate process management, graduation information reported.Through rational design all aspects of system functions for the graduation process management, not only to achieve effective data and workflow control and coordination, provide the data analysis for management’s decision, but also reflects the fairness and justice of the graduation process.System described herein using open source SSH based J2EE design technology framework and for different types of user characteristics, the B/S browser-side and C/S client-side features a combination to achieve business design. The system uses object-oriented programming language JAVA and development tools for application development Eclipse, using three-tier structure of MVC model, increasing the flexibility of system expansion, improved program code reuse rate.This paper describes and analysis the various phases of the software systems development process, from requirement analysis, framework outline design, detailed design and program coding, testing and maintenance analysis the system design process. First, generally describe the status and significance of the system, the use of UML use case diagrams, lane diagram, activity diagram can auxiliary analysis functional requirements of system, and from ease of use, safety and other aspects analysis the non-functional requirements. Second, at the design stage of the system analysis of functional and non-functional architecture framework comprehensively, demonstrating the system used by the package diagram, class diagram, and database ER diagrams, from the validity of data and process control perspective gives a detailed analysis and solutions for the question, and also given optimization algorithms of random paper quantitative. Finally, shows operating interface of some function, proposed scope and method in system testing process, summed up the advantages and disadvantages of the system and listed future prospects.
