The paper focus on economic type's quantity and moisture control system in the middle or little paper factory . It introduces the work and machine processing of economic type's quantity and moisture control system in the middle or little paper factory and the system's automatic control principle . Because the system has many disadvantages , such as undeterminity multivarible , tightly couple , nonlinearity ,big pure lag and state which are not completely measured and the frequent change of operating conditions etc. Therefore, The system's model is established by using MLR(multilinear regression methods).And there is better predictive effection by checking.The system is respectively controlled by using an intelligent PID control system base on BP Neural Network and by using PID system in the papero Through emulation and robust analysis ,the paper illuminates the PID control system based on BP Neural Network,compared with the traditional PID control system ,shortens transitional time and achieved better control effect etc. so,It demonstrates an intelligent PID controller base on BP Neural Network applying in an multivarible, tightly couple, nonlinearity , big pure lag system has a better control effect.
