Corrugated boxes is a most widely used packaging products, the amount has been the first in the all kinds of packaging products. The key to corrugated paper production industry efficiency optimization:Reduce the waste of paper, saving production resources; to carry out the efficient use of energy and energy efficiency in the production process optimization.Currently, a lot of corrugated box production line have the problem of high energy consumption, many enterprises still retains the traditional inefficient production equipment, and the waste of resources is very serious, mainly reflects in the following points:(1) There is no information integration on corrugated board production line control system, in the production of corrugated paper to coal, electricity, steam, water and other resources cannot be effectively scheduling, the key process parameters (drying temperature, production speed, coating thickness, base paper tension) cannot be set and monitoring;(2) Paper feeding systems control the tension in the plastic deformation at high speed, fault, wrinkling, warping and other issues, causing serious amount of paper waste, uneven weight, poor quality;(3) Gluing process matching the motor parameters set based on experience, the low degree of intelligence, appear Multi glue and less glue phenomenon, the glue consumption is serious;(4) Thermal energy utilization of gluing and drying process is low, steam pressure, steam temperature, steam flow without work in the optimal matching, resulting in the production efficiency is not high, and energy waste.In order to solve the high energy consumption and low efficiency problem of the corrugated paper production line, this article attempts through the following four aspects to carry out the research:(1) Establishment of corrugated paper production line efficiency optimization control system, the entire production process in a variety of devices combined organic, connect the corrugated paper production process, realize Real-time monitoring and on-line adjustment of boiler, power supply, water supply equipment and glue production equipment;(2) Study on the corrugated base paper tension in the production line of fuzzy adaptive PID control method, dynamic adjusting speed, the friction on the base paper tension in the process of high-speed operation, achieve the desired objectives and results of lightweight cardboard, to reach the source of saving paper consumption;(3) For glue amount when the increase or decrease production speed is not easy to control and unstable in the bonding process of corrugated paper, to establish a new type of flexible automatic coating control system, through controlling of the man-machine interface, automatically realizes intelligent gluing control, achieve purposes of high quality of plastic, high adhesion, reduce plastic consumption:(4) The drying process modeling and analysis in the low-temperature corrugated board adhesive bonding process, optimization of the production process. The transformation of the traditional steam-heated drying cylinders, designed a new type of corrugated board production line electromagnetic induction dryer, precise control of core paper and paper temperature, quality assurance in the corrugated temperature as low as possible, and make the power consumption to a minimum.This subject is put forward from the actual production of the corrugated box enterprise, through the above research work, it can improve the quality of corrugated paper products, increase yield, increase the user product profit. Compared with the traditional corrugated paper production line equipment, it can reduce energy consumption, saving materials, and reduce production cost, promoting the corrugated paper production industry to develop in the direction of high efficiency and energy saving new technology.
