In recent years, as the material standard of living rise, flowers, precious medicinal materials and precious plants are pursuit by more and more people. Then the output of natural environment has fall far behind meeting the growing demand in society. According to the this situation, the greenhouse planting technology has used in this kind of plant for breeding. Because of such plants generally growth temperature requirements are relatively high, the temperature in greenhouse become one of the key factors influencing the relative plant growth.On the current market, the most of greenhouse temperature control is the equipment that in water heating way, and largely in mechanical way to adjust the supply of heat. It is high cost in the equipment maintenance, and cannot control the greenhouse temperature real-timely and accurately. Appropriate growth environment of plants in greenhouses is difficult to guaranteed.As to the equipment of water heating in greenhouses, this paper designed a set of economical and reliable embedded control system, and attached to the function of the remote network control, centralized heating management for large space characteristics of greenhouse. Under the premise of keeping the greenhouses in the optimum growth temperature of plants, reasonable optimization of the distribution of the heat source, reduced the heat loss of the boiler. This temperature control system for greenhouse in this design is mainly divided into three parts:the master control equipment, the temperature gathering node, the remote control platform. In the master control equipment, based on ARM processor platform, carrying the lightweight real-time operating system FreeRTOS, human machine interaction uC/GUI, LwIP protocol based on Ethernet interface, wireless communication module based on the CC1101chip; In each node within the greenhouse temperature gathering device, with8051single-chip computer as the platform, with the temperature sensor and the same wireless communication module as same as the module in master control equipment. In the aspect of liquid heat regulator, the solution of relays and solenoid valve was used to control heat flow intensively. In the remote control platform, through remote login, it can configuration the system parameters and preinstall the greenhouse temperature parameters. The whole control system is easy to use, stable, reliable and cost lowly. Especially in the area of remote network control, it has great advantage compared with the traditional temperature control system for greenhouse.At first in this paper, the greenhouse temperature control requirements was analysed and put forward the necessary performance requirements for the measurement and control equipment. Then advances the overall design of the system based on this, the greenhouse temperature control system are divided into different modules for hardware design; then software are designed according to the different functional units of control system, then, as to all sorts of problems in the process of system jointly debugging, improved the reliability and stability of system. Finally, carried on the comprehensive summary for the design, and discussed according to the market demand and industry technology development trend.
