Computer timing equipment and other needs of the rail transport industry to maintain the computer in a wide range of essential and precise time synchronization system device is a high precision, low cost, small size, wide application, easy calibration and universal time synchronization means. Compared with the same type of the computer timing system, safety, synchronization, high precision, easy to use, can automatically calculate the time, so that the computer synchronization accuracy has been greatly improved. Long-wave signal using the ubiquitous, on a large scale so that all of the computer equipment needed to maintain time synchronization unity, to meet the electricity works and other equipment installed decentralized time synchronization requirements, no networking, no construction of new timing system, low cost and applicable strong.(1)It analyses the composition of the time service system in our country and the development of all kinds of time service technologies.
