Nner Mogolia Mobile Wlan Network Performace And Quality Analtsis System Design And Implementation

As the clients’ continuous increasing requirements on quality of WLAN and the improving maintenance technology of WLAN network of China Mobil Communications Group Co., Ltd. Inner Mongolia branch (INMCC), the traditional statistical method of network management and the artificial site testing cannot meet the current network maintenance requirements of INMCC and the requirements of current volume of business, even if we just operate roughly estimation. There are several major issues of current WLAN network, such as the information of WLAN network status, client behaviors and their perception are not collected, indicator system is not complete, transaction of business is not classified in detail and the reasons of network error are not recorded. Those issues have increased network maintenance workload substantially. The current operationa analysis system and the support methodology limit the development of WLAN. In addition, the extensive operation model is not only inefficiency, but also low profit.INMCC has made an effort to develop WLAN network indicator system. This system integrates the local conditions and requirements, which are basing on the significant indicators of China Mobil Communications Group Co., Ltd.(CMCC). In addition, INMCC has developed the WLAN network quality analysis system basing on the technology of CMCC’s regulation of web-access process and the current network maintenance situation. This network quality analysis system helps to comprehensively statistically analyze the WLAN network indicators and volume of business. Moreover, the WLAN network quality analysis system is also able to analyze the reasons for the network performance error and the log-in&log-off error,customers behaviors, comprehensive exhibition of indicators and error warming. This paper aims to analyze in detail of CMCC’s regulation of web-access process, construction of WLAN network’s indicators analysis system, which is developed by INMCC. Then, suggestions on how to construct the WLAN network quality analysis system are given with design frameworks of specific function and the implication methods. Those suggestions are proposed with full consideration of requirements of WLAN practical business operations and network&information technology. In the end, we will discuss the limitations and concerns on system implication, promotion and operation efficiency.
