With the continuous development of IOT, its applications have been promoted and has popularity. There is growing emphasis ont he study ofthe Internet of Things, in which RFID technology as a key technology of things, has been favored by many researchers. Information level has a gradual increase in school manegement, campus network covering the entire campus, and buildingintelligent campus has a comprehensive planning and implementation stages. It is the trend that RFID technlogy will be applied to the construction of intelligent campus. It is imperative that reseach and develop smart campus card management system as the core of the campus. RFIDtechnology has palayed an important role in the intelligent campus management system and it improves school information level. Therefore, this paper proposes a campus management system based on RFID technology and study and design the key technology. We construct a overall system and it contains appraisal, senate, access control management module.The paper discusses RFID technology development status of domestic and smart campus development. It presents RFID technology structure, working principle and workflow in detail and introduces the anti-collision algorithm research and classification. Then I analyze the needs of the campus management system and I design the module, topology and overall framework of the campus management system. Attendance module is focused on the design in the paper and it contains the design of attendance system topology, key components and database. Appearing recognition efficiency problem in the actual attendance, we improve the traditional anti-algorithm to improve the identification efficiency. Finally, on the platform we carry out the administraor client interface design on the client side and student user network login client information inquiry and the other relevent interface design.
