But the current system developedby the supplementary difficult to meet the practical needs, feasibility is not strong.For such problems, we hope to combine the actual needs, design a relativelycomplete Web-based online secondary education system, fully integrated into thedesign process and the observer mode programming interface technology to ensurefull system functionality.This article will mainly focus on the supplementary education market demandsurvey, advocates based on actual market demand, to carry out the design andplanning of a Web-based online secondary education system function modules, on thebasis of data for monitoring, assisted instruction system for feedback analysis, to findshortcomings and deficiencies exist in the online secondary education system, andproposed strategies to solve such problems themselves.The assisted instruction system using a lot of computer technology，includingWeb2.0, SSH and J2EE.In short, the realization of the teaching system can helpschools, students and parents to communicate with each other, it can improve theefficiency of teaching and management, and achieves the sharing of the campusresources, making the students and teachers learning and working betterly, so it hasvery important value for application.
