With the popularity of networks and information sharing, online stock exchangeindoor becomes possible. Investors obtain the real-time quotations and relatedinformation of stock market via Internet, authorize it to make orders online and realizethe synchronous exchange. Online exchange isn’t subject to time and geographicalconstraints, with unique advantages such as convenient and fast.By researching traditional C/S (Client/Server) structure and B/S (Browse/Server)structure of stock exchange system and stock exchange rules, such as continuoustrading and collection trading were deeply analyzed. In this paper, bringing thesystems of different structures into service integrated architecture was proposed, which was a unified service component and opened to all the agent organizations andclients. Based on traditional functions, the system provided multi-type of individualservices to users, saving a long time for users in searching information. Therefore, users could concentrate on the analysis of investment in stock. Meanwhile, simpleoperations provided a convenient for users to complete the transaction immediatelyand got the market. This paper discusses the subject’s background and its significance as well as thebrief introduction of the development at home and abroad of stock trading and itssystems. Then, it analyses the requirement and designs the whole system, according towhich designs the corresponding database. At the same time, the system is designedusing hierarchical MVC (Model View and Controller) structure. Besides, specificdesign and coding implementation of the three parts are introduced in detail, whichcontains user exchange platform, information management platform and backgroundmatching system of the online stock exchange system. Furthermore, after analyzingnon-functional aspects of the system and testing some relative use cases, the designand implementation of the system are completed.
