With the continuous increase in the amount of information in the modern office andservice it can’t be coped with manual management. So it requires the office automation systemmust realize automation, intelligent and integration to achieve information exchange andcommunication between various departments within the company, and share business dataand statistical analysis. Finally it will improve the enterprise office efficiency, assistantdecision-making, make an overall management level of enterprises step.In this paper, the design and development are according to the characteristics of energyindustry system and based on the specific requirements of company employees workrequirements and the leadership decision-making. Through the implementation of the project,it’s in order to improve the enterprise’s public image, increase the service content, improve thework quality and efficiency and the level of digital business, save manpower and materialresources. First of all it need to research needs through a certain method before the formationof the demand analysis report. Specifically it needs to carry out enough demand researchfoundation to form the system demand thereby generating demand analysis report. It did a lotof work for each department of the company to carry out adequate demand research, fullyunderstand the different departments of the views and ideas during the requirements analysisphase, which laid a solid foundation for the late finishing requirements.This system consists of several main function modules which include the collaborativeoffice module, administrative management module, workflow management module, portalmanagement module, contract management and personnel management etc. Through theintegration of other systems and collaborative office workflow management, it also canrealize the data transmission, data sharing and other functions. Through this system,companies can approval process to the network. The company office personnel application,examination and approval will be in the process from the use of paper materials for approvalto the office network which can achieve the paperless office. Furthermore it can achieve theeffective cost control and improve work efficiency and real-time monitor the process approvalprocess.
