Research And Development Of A Cooperative Office System For ZhuoZhan Enterprise

The development of network and computer technologies largely accelerates thedevelopment and application of information technology. The advent of theinformation age tremendously impacts the modern enterprise, and this impact arisechallenges and opportunities. Adapting to the information technology, enterprise withsuccessful modern transformation produced a qualitative improvement, and theirimprovements step forward to a higher level. However, the company which cannotadapt to this change will gradually be eliminated. Today, the usage of informationtechnologies in enterprises has not been limited to commercial data collection andstorage, and it has penetrated into the daily office business areas instead. Those needslead to the wide application of office automation, collaborative office systems. Withthe access of major IT vendors, this field has been largely promoted. The cooperativeoffice systems are playing an important role in the daily work of enterprises, andgetting popular gradually.Based on the above analysis, and combined with their own developmentrequirements, it is necessary to develop a cooperative office system for ZhuozhanEnterprise Group. In this thesis, the development and application of cooperative officesystems for domestic enterprise are investigated, and the advantages and weakness ofthose existing systems are analyzed. And we also consider the infrastructure fordomestic cooperative office system. After investigating existing circumstances, weconfirm the feasibility of developing a cooperative office system for Zhuangzhanenterprise.Considering the requirements of cooperative work and existing techniques, wedesign and implement a J2EE based cooperative office system for Zhuozhan enterprise. We use a mature technique, i.e. MVC, which is wildly known in softwareengineering field. And structs technique is used to implement MVC structure. For datapersistence level, we use light-weight encapsulation technique–Hibernate which helpdevelopers put their attentions on designing and implementing the business functions.The business functions of this system include human resource management,document management and other necessary functions for daily management.Meanwhile, this thesis describes the architecture of the system, business logic design,interaction design, and database design. Implementation of the main function model isalso included in this thesis. At the last part of this thesis, we give a functional test andperformance test.The implementation and operation of this system prove that, cooperative officesystem largely improves the entire working efficiency and save the cost for enterpriseoperation.
