The21th century is an era of information, and any industry is facing a very difficultproblem, that is the problem of information processing. Information is a very crucial resourcefor management. The success or failure of the management process greatly depend onwhether we can make effective decisions, while whether we can make effective decisionsdepends largely on the quality of information. So the primary problem of the enterprises is tomake effective information management. Nowadays such systems are more widespread inmodern society.With the advent of the information age, the development of company is closely related tothe gain speed and accuracy of information, which bring huge impetus to advertising agencies.But now many of such advertising agencies are not effective to deal with their information tomaximize interests, nor can a wide range usage of information obtained from the Internet. Inorder to help such companies to manage their promotion, we develop the informationmanagement system based on data mining, so as to help the advertising company to realizeefficient management and the maximization of interests.From the dynamic point of view, the enterprise informationization is the process ofenterprise applying information technology and relevant products, or, more precisely, theinformation technology from local to global, from tactical level to strategic level and finally tothe enterprise comprehensive penetration. It can be used to support the process of enterprisemanagement. This process shows that the application of information technology in enterprisesis a process of institution transference. Information technology is the core and essence ofenterprise use of information technology, and the process of coding implicit knowledge forbusiness process management.This information management system is mainly to manage all kinds of advertisinginformation. Along with our country economic development, the amount of informationgrows exponentially, so artificially management of information could not adapt to thedevelopment of information industry. We use the MVC model to design this system foradvertising company to help deal with daily business and standardize the operation process. Inaddition, this system has a powerful statistical function, through the effective combination ofJava and Matlab, we develop efficient data mining algorithms for search ranking and statistics, which can help system administrators checking their information services and providessupport for future business decisions.
