Abstract/Summary:
With the development of world economy, the energy problem is more andmore prominent, through deeply discussion a lot governments achieved thecommon goal of energy conservation and emissions reduction. For energy hasbeen the bottleneck of development in China, in order to keep the economysustainable development, and achieve the goal of energy conservation andemissions reduction at the same time, our government is trying to carry out someenergy efficiency management methods. Due to the low technical level andunplanned energy efficiency management, the enterprise is a big energyconsumption group with large unit GDP energy consumption and a commonproblem of low efficiency. Energy efficiency management platform can monitorthe enterprise’s energy using situation, programming enterprise’s energyconsumption, providing advice according to the existing condition to achieveenergy conservation and emissions reduction for the enterprise with scientificand feasible method.By collecting information, monitoring, management the system cansupervise and make reasonable distribution of the enterprise’s energyconsumption contributing for the green energy saving action of the whole society.This paper firstly discusses the status quo of energy consumption in ourcountry, in view of large amount of energy consumption of the enterprise theenergy efficiency management method was proposed, and analyzed theoverseas and domestic research status of energy efficiency management system.Then the technical requirements of the energy efficiency management platformwere introduced. This Flex platform was introduced about its framework andconstruction, system compiled languages and Flex library classes of basiccomponents. Based on the Flex platform and the B/S structure the design and implementation of energy efficiency management system was studied. In thepurpose of saving energy for enterprises, through detailed analysis of variousenergy-saving measures and the system application requirements, each functionmodule of the energy efficiency management system was designed in detail, inorder to realizes real-time monitoring of energy consumption, equipmentmanagement, alarm prompting, data reporting features, performance evaluation,circuit topology checking, environmental monitoring function. The systemprovides enterprises with advanced, efficient and intuitive, comprehensiveenergy management auxiliary information. Finally the study was summarized anda plan was made for next work according to the development experience.
