The purpose of this study is to visualize3D printing process simulation, and also get the changing of the temperature field and the stress field in the printing process thus enable us to predict and analysis the warping and cracking of3D printing part, and then to provide reliable data for correcting part design and optimizing printing process.In this paper, object-oriented programming ideas as a guide to create the program of the printing process through the creation of the model of those facts in printing process on the ABAQUS platform in Python language. Simulation Programs let the CAD files of the solid parts as input information, in accordance with the printing header movement pattern of horizontal scan back and forth, to convert the digital files of solid part into3D printed object models which is consisted of the data of particle elements and contain the complete information of printing process and printing parts The nodes compose a mesh element, and then elements compose a printing layer. Print layers stacked to form a3D printed volume data models. On the basis of3D printed volume data model, by showing print particles are continuously added to the3D printing body to achieve a visual simulation. To describe the heat transference and dissipation with a equivalent law of temperature decaying in printing process, and then to calculate the temperature value of particles at different times, it will get the history of temperature changing of3D printing process.Through the study of computer simulation of3D printing process, this paper considers the equivalence and simplification that the3D printing process can be simplified to particles’accumulation is accurate and feasible.By setting the temperature decay law of the particles to simplify the calculation of the conduction of heat during printing is effective. This computer simulated method with building the model object of3D printing process has very strong versatility for exploration and development of3D printing technology research and the programming of simulation software. This will be as the basis to achieve the temperature field and stress field, displacement field coupling analysis, and provides a quantitative analysis method for optimizing print path and a heat source parameters. Also this visual simulated method provides a new way of thinking for other computer simulation of physical processes of changing model.
