The Technology Research Of Loading Adjusting Theory Of Subway Vehicles Based On Data Optimization Matching Principle And Software Developement

Metro vehicle is an important form of urban traffic. We need improve the operation of the metro vehicle quality. To improve the subway train operation performance effectively vehicles wheels and axle uniform is necessary. The standard GB/T14894-2005provides the same motor car moving each axis of the measured axle shaft with the actual average vehicle axle load should not exceed the difference between the actual average axle load of±2%; the actual weight of each wheel weight with coaxial average difference between the two should not exceed the average of the two wheel axle weight±4%.In recent years, more and more research is focus on the adjustment of wheels and axles. The4-point adjusting and the8-point adjusting are most important theories. This paper analyzes the factors which lead to offset on metro vehicle wheels and axles. Based on the car body model and bogie model, the paper has force analysis. On the basis of the optimization, the technology of loading adjusting theory of subway based on data optimization matching principle is presented and elaborated.The system is developed in the windows environment, using Visual studio2008as the development platform, using Visual Basic as the development language, using SQL Server2000as the back-end server. The system developed a user login module to control the users’ administrative privileges of database; user management module to achieve the functions of adding, deleting users; developed metro car-body information module and bogie information module to achieve the functions of adding, searching, deleting information of metro car-body and bogie; developed the four points loading module to achieve the functions of simulation and analysis; developed the matching module to achieve the matching of metro car-body and bogie, to guide the fix process of metro car-body and bogie.The technology of loading adjusting theory of subway based on data optimization matching principle and the system of metro vehicles loading adjusting and optimization matching provides a platform for researching metro loading adjusting theory, realizing metro’s information management and technical analysis, and speeding up the process of the metro maintenance.
