Under the rapid development of Chinese auto sales, Chinese car service business is realizing a leap-forward development. However, behind this fast development, there are also many problems appeared, such as the not-standard market, Technological island, Low quality workers, Poor equipment and so on. These problems gradually become the main factors to restricting the development of Chinese car service business, even the Chinese automobile industry. And it’s also making the low lever of auto after-sales service, low satisfaction of customer and lower profitability. With the implement of some industry chain cooperation service platform systems, it provides a good collaboration platform and business support for collaborative business form the Auto manufacturers and the units within the industry chain. These systems though generated a lot of valuable service in the process of commercial using. But it was ineffective used and caused a great waste because of the conditional limitation. Based on this, there is certain research significance to research the way to get fault knowledge from server data and build an expert system, which is in order to improve the lever of technical cooperation and business synergy between the automobile manufacture enterprises and service implementation enterprises. At the same time, this system will also effectively make perfect of the business support of industrial chain collaborative services platform, improves the quality of service and the user experience, and finally enhance brand competitiveness and profitability.At the first of paper, it researches service status of vehicle maintenance and repair service, and the application status of the industry chain service system. Then based on the server data from industry chain collaborative service system and technical knowledge from domain experts, it researches how to build the fault knowledge database model based on rules. Then research the way to using the fuzzy Petri net theory to make the fault knowledge reasoning and diagnosis base on this database. Finally, it researches the approaches of maintenance expert system which is using the ASP.Net and platform technology. In this serried, there analysis the function modules of expert system, and build the system using case model, and propose the overall solution of vehicle maintenance expert based on the Cooperative Service Management Platform For Automoblie Industry Chain.In this paper, it uses knowledge representation method based on the rule produce to establish a unified-structure rule knowledge base. With using the fuzzy theory, we establish the fuzzy Petri net fault a nalysis model about the automobile engine failure. And then we studied how to solve the Minimum Cut Sets tokens of the model to diagnose the fault by using the matrix. And through using the matrix we also studied the way to find out the specific event tokens from the elementary event tokens. Finally by considering the convenience of deploy-software environment and the integration between the expert systems and other industrial chain server system, we choice the ASP.Net environment to realize the vehicle maintenance expert system through using three layer architecture of browser/server mode based on the Cooperative Service Management Platform For Automoblie Industry Chain.
