The Design And Development For Basis Of Computer Applications Micro Courses

With the continuous development of information technolo gy and science, the multimedia and network application have became the core of modern education technology. More-over, it have already sink deep into all aspects of the educ ation teaching and became the powerful thrust of the teachi ng reform. The field of education technology has always been a hotspot for design and development of learning resources, especially the research and development of multimedia video learning resources. Many researchers of education are focus on how to design and develop the multimedia video learning resources scientificly, reasonably and efficiently. Moreover, they also pay attention to using the learning resources to stimulate learners’ interest and improve their learning efficiency. The new direction of the development of learning resources is focus on how to improve the study efficiency, and improve the interaction of learning video and make the full use of the advantage of the teaching video material.This paper gives the concept of micro class and micro course. The micro lecture is originated from the micro video, and actually it’s the teaching video. The content of micro course is generally limited to explain a small skills, knowledge or a small phenomenon and small case. The micro course referred in the paper means the complete course. It’s made up of lots micro video which contains the relative knowledge in systematic order. This micro course is the aggregation of micro video and micro lecture. The concept, as a foothold in the design and development of Practical Computer Basics in the paper.This paper use the21st Century Universities planning materials 《Computer Application Foundation》 as the basic content, and make a systematical explanation on the design and development of Basis of Computer applications micro courses. Based on the Division and Reconstruction theory and the appropriate framework, researchers design a series of micro video which based on the computer application foundation. This kind of resources can not only assist teachers in the teaching activity, but also help students to learn autonomy. People can use BB FlashBack Pro and PPT to develop the computer application foundation and organize the micro videos.In order to proof the scientificity and feasibility of the usage of Basis of Computer applications micro courses, the author takes the2012session’s students who majored in tourism management of Changsha Education College as the sample and try to make progress in this field. The author tries to make the experimental research firstly, and then carry out the survey research of the effect of the micro videos in practical computer basics. The author wants to find out students attitude toward the usage of micro course and the effect for their learning effect and try to assurance the feasibility of the development of this program. This paper may offer some advises in the design and development of micro course in teaching program.
