According to the various problems of the systems nowadays, we designed and implemented a clear position of campus IC card management system based on B/S model. After that, according to the development process of software engineering, we make the overall planning for the "campus all-in-one-card" system, and carried on the detailed demand analysis to the system.In addition, in order to make the system has good stability, scalability and maintainability, we conducted a series of optimization work.The current system software development and application of software engineering theory as guidance, object-oriented development methods are combined and layered architecture design ideas combined with the database and other areas of advanced technologies. The system use.NET as the development platform, use Visual Studio.NET 2010 as the development environment, use Microsoft Corporation provides the ASP.NET, use C# as the programming language, and use SQL Server2008 to achieve the database.This system analyzed and designed the card management system carefully. This system includes students’ personal information management, user management, information dissemination, billing inquiries, online transactions and information exchange. Campus card management system can manage canteen intelligently. As one of platforms of the construction of campus automations, in the course of information processing, for the main problems such as the manage of eavy complex data, data redundancy and different structure and so on. In this system, the corresponding measures should be find. In addition, this system still should try to combine the identification system, and connect to the medical insurance system, etc, so as to realize the diversification of the card. If all of these can be achieved, so wherever, as long as a multi-purpose card can easily finish almost all things.
