The Research And Application Of SNS In Student Daily Management System

With the popularization of higher education and promotion of universitystudent’s management, student information management workload and pressure areincreasing. It is an important proposition for college students’s work how to maintainexchanges and communication with each student and grasp students’ ideological inreal time. Currently most of the school’s student information management using thetraditional management approach to the release of one-way type, it lacks of timely andeffective two-way communication, therefore, it becomes more and more powerless.For the current rapid development of information technology such as socialnetworking system (SNS), how to take advantage of new information technologies toinnovative student mechanism and improve the efficiency of student management, is aproblem worthy of study.Based on the analysis of the current research of home and abroad studentmanagement information system and SNS, this paper studies how to utilize traditionalinformation management technology and SNS technology, mobile technology toenhance the level of work for the student management. Based on the analysis of thetraditional information technology, SNS technology and mobile technicalcharacteristics, focuses on the positive and negative impacts of SNS for students’ideological conditions. And use its positive side, it adopted Ajax, Tag, RSS and PHPtechnologies, with MVC nodel, design and implements a students’ daily managementsystem. System users, includes system administrators, school administrators,counselors, teachers, students and so on. System includes daily management andsocial management, covers new report, dormitory management, incentive management,group management, data sharing and other management processes, through websites,mobile applications etc., to achieve a multi-channel communication.System guide students through the use of social sharing features to exchangelearning experiences, life experiences and campus life issues etc., forming a commoncircle and through the establishment of a group to solve problems or discuss certainaspects of the purpose, to express their views, exchange views and improve campuslife to solve problems encountered in efficiency. At the same time, teachermulti-stakeholder involvement timely understanding guiding and helping studentssolve problems exist to avoid negative emotions negative impact. System implementation results show that the use of social networking features can effectivelyenhance students’ daily management level.
