At present, in many universities and boarding schools,because of overcrowding, there is a widespread dissatisfaction among the students with the school canteens. Unlike common-restaurant, school students’ canteen has many features, like prescribed dinner time, a relatively fixed place, and a large number of diners. Especially at peak times, it is very hard to provide a good dining environment and high- quality service for all the students at the same time.The Mobile Internet Technology has many advantages, such as small and portable intelligent mobile terminal, widely covered wireless network and timely information exchange, etc. The mobile internet technology can be applied to the design and use of school cafeteria, creating efficient Intelligent student conteet. It can effectively solve the problem of students canteet,and improve the students’ dining efficiency and quality of student overcrowding. Therefore, it is great value and practical significance for the design and applications of student wisdom restaurant basing on the mobile internet.This paper firsly brings the concept of wisdom student restaurant, and givs suitable management mode of wisdom students restaurant, which is "Online ordering + restaurants take meals(outgoing)" in ordering management mode and "self-selected food + dining restaurant" in dining management model. This paper gives the design models of wisdom student restaurant, including the design of taking meals floor and dinning floor. The paper designs and develops the online ordering system applications of wisdom student restaurant based on The mobile Interne platform, and explains the functionalities and key codes of the client and server side. At last, the paper designs a clearing system, which based on RFID technology, making students choose a buffet meal through intelligent self-checkout, reducing the labor intensity and improving the speed of settlement meal.The test results show that the system implements the relevant functional requirements.
