These advantages can greatly impove working efficiency of hospital. It also is an important condition which guarantee hospital develop towards scientific and standardization. The current management of the first people’s hospital of some county of Xinjiang can not adapt to actal business needs. Developing a new inpatient charges management system becomes an urgent matter.The dissertation sufficiently investigate the related businesses of inpatient charge, it divide the system function into seven modules which are user management, hospitalization management, patient information query, comprehensive query, operator management, data project management and system mainteneance, every module have some submodules.Due to the size of the hospital is not large, after solicit the opinions of relevant leaders and departments it decided to use C/S architecture. The dissertation select familiar powerbuilder as system development language and Sql Server2008as background database to develop system. The development and application of this system can greatly improve the management level of inpatient charge for hospitalized patients. At the same time the hospital’s work efficiency can also be greatly improved. It can simplify the original mode of tedious work and makes the management of the hospital is more rational and scientific.
