| In structural light projection technique for measuring, digital grating projectiontechnique is a typical optical measurement method, which has advantages ofnon-contact, full-field, high-precision, measurement sensitivity, and it makes the3Dmorphology measurement technology available. After decades of development, thistechnology has reached its maturity, which makes it being widely used in many fieldssuch as traditional manufacturing, archeology,3D modeling and biomedical, whichbecome one of the key research by domestic and foreign scholars.In this dissertation, a research and experimental analysis are studied on the keytechnical problems of digital grating projection technique, and build a measurementsystem of the3D morphology based on the grating projection method, and easilyachieve a series of operations which contains the acquisition about the original fringeimage, data processing,3D topography reconstruction, satisfy the needs of the actualmeasurement research.The primary coverage of this dissertation work is as following:(1)Carry out the key technical research on the digital grating projection technique,which involves the feasibility study related sinusoidal grating fringe generation, phaseextraction, separation technique, the algorithm for phase calculation, image filtering,image unwrapping, preparation and experimental analysis;(2)By the principle of measurement based on grating fringe projection, design andbuild a grating projection measurement system, experimental verification and verify thefeasibility of the whole measurement system solutions;(3)Prepare a set of measuring software by using Visual C++6.0to achieve rapidmeasurement, realize grating generation, image acquisition, data processing, subsequentthree-dimensional reconstruction, and other functions;(4)Make an experimental research by using grating formats projection system,demonstrates the source of deviation in the process of the measurement is specificallyanalyzed, and discusses how to improve the measurement accuracy of the method. |
