Micro LED array device is a solid forward luminescence device.It has manyexcellent performances,for example low working voltage,high luminescenceefficiency,quick responsibility, steady performance, wide working temperature areaand so on.Presently,mirco array device applied to decoration, medical treatment,microdisplay and communication network has been testified.At the same time,it is appliedin advanced3G and Ipv6net technology widely.The article studied and fabricated compositive micro-LED array device onAlGaInP-LED denotative chip.We have testified these results,as:1.According to technologic fabrcation steps of mirco array device designed, werefabricated and rear chip thined.2.LED insulated grooves were filled by MEMS technology.The filled resultsatisfy expectant desire that testified by experimentation combined filled once again.3.A sort of combinatorial film was found and nan Si particulates wereaccumulated according to fcc or hcp configuration, polyurethane acted as intersticematerial. Combinatorial film solidified can reflected16.695%light back to windowlayer that every luminescent dot in luminescent cell send to each side as less than fullreflectible angle.This model not only avoid photic and electrical influence that borderupon luminescent cell,but also reduce light emission efficiency loss.4.Combination MEMS technology simulated and manufactured upper electrodesof micro array device.Ohm contact electrode material and manufacture requirement were confirmed by erodible and peel off methods.
