In recent years, Wireless sensor networks (WSN) have been extensively studied aroundthe world. It is in small size. It can be low-power dissipation, wide range of application andeasy to use. This technology has broad prospects in industrial fields, military fields,environmental protection, intelligent household and other fields. Wireless sensor networksnode is the core of WSN. So the study of the node is particularly important. This paper mainlyresearches on Acoustic localization technology of Wireless sensor networks node. This is akind of passive localization way. It is better than that of active positioning. The advantages arestrong concealment, good safety and low cost.Acoustic localization is mainly based on acoustic sensor array. Array design of sensorsand time delay estimation are the key technique in the passive voice positioning system. Thispaper analyzes the research status at national and abroad. Then it establishes the passiveacoustic localization based on rectangular pyramid array of six sensors. The received signalsof sensors are disposed. At the same time, the Mathematical model error is analyzed. Inaddition, the theory of time delay estimation is studied. Mathematical model was analyzed bythe computer simulation. In the laboratory environment, the geometric location of acousticsource is obtained by experiment.According to the positioning algorithm,hardware platform of node is implemented. Inthis platform, the FPGA is the main control chip. This paper analyzes the USB data transfermodule, acquisition module, the wireless transceiver module, storage module and powermanagement module in detail. It can realize the synchronous acquisition and transmission ofthe six-way acoustic signals. The hardware platform and the related algorithm are applied toimplement the calculation of spatial location. The actual experiment results are explained andanalyzed. The related factors are analyzed.
