With the rapid development of industry,the traditional Ethernet,industrial bus has been unable to adapt to the intelligent industrial environment which contains a large number of data transmission and information exchange between equipment.Wireless sensor network(WSN)as the carrier of the media and equipment of data collection and transmission will gradually replace the traditional network model to play an important role.However,most of the wireless transmission technologies have the defect of high delay time,channel congestion and low reliability.In this paper,we first overviewed the framework of industrial WSN,and demonstrated the architecture of WSN and the network optimization approach;then,we used a delay-aware routing protocol and the backoff algorithm based on priority to optimized the delay time and the transmission of important data;then,we designed an intelligent monitor system based on WSN to reflect its important application.This paper has mainly finished these tasks:This paper outlined the architecture of industrial WSN and presented the operation of this system.At the same time,through the research of the wireless network communication structure,introduced the function of each layer and explained the optimization method.Accord to every node must through multi hops to forwarding data packets in industrial environment,this paper proposed a delay-aware routing protocol.Based on the geographic routing protocol,the paper selected the nearest node from ideal node as the next forwarding node based on position and angel.This algorithm optimized the forwarding,reduce the forwarding hops and shorten the delay time.With the simulation experiment,this paper verified the superiority of the optimization algorithm.According to the characteristic of data transmission in industrial environment,this paper optimized a backoff algorithm based on priority.According to the importance of the transmission of data from different sensor nodes in industrial environment,different priorities are set up.Using the content window to make sure the higher priority node data can first to send,so as to ensure the transmission of important data.With the simulation experiment,this paper verified the reliability of the optimization algorithm.In this paper,a real-time information display platform has designed based on industrial wireless sensor network.Industrial WSN,as an important medium for sensing and data interaction,not only collect the environmental and data collection,but also to protect the transmission of data in the whole systems.During this way,we reflected the important application of industrial WSN in the new model.
