Research On Xiao Chunv’s Newspaper Practice And News Propaganda Theory

Xiao Chunv (1891-1927) is the early theorist of Communist Party of China,educator and a proletarian revolutionary,is a self-taught journalists, he engaged incultural education, propaganda, military and political education work and maderemarkable achievement, plays an important role in guiding the youth to the correctrevolutionary road. Xiao Chunv was born in Parrot island Hanyang County of HubeiProvince, juvenile rich, when his father’s business goes bankrupt, his life isbleak,wander days let Xiao Chunv see the people at the bottom whose life aresufferings, people lived in subhuman like day under the press from imperialistcountries, witnessed the cruelty of society and foreign insult, Xiao Chunv acceptedthe socialist ideas, deeply learned Marx’s works, and used the advanced of publicopinion as a weapon widely publicized the Marx doctrine, to guide the public to thecombination of theory and practice of revolution in newspapers and magazines. There are also many article by Xiao Chunvon "Xin Shu Newspaper" and "Nan Hong",which are criticizing the social andpropagating the revolution at the same time, to guide the youth revolution at thecorrect way.He therefore offend the government, threatened and expelled. Xiao Chunvthen founded the "Zhongzhou Review", this publication located for the localcharacteristics of the organ, caused great repercussions in Henan area, Xiao Chunv’s propaganda of Marxist wan much supports of the masses, his straightforwardlanguage made the people understand the importance of the revolution in humorous,he was also well known as the soldier of the theory of Party. The news work inGuangzhou mainly focused on assisting Mao Zedong on editing "Political Weekly",writing for "Republic Daily" and teaching in political workshop.He wrote somecomments articles on current affairs, taught the history of socialist thought,popularizing for the people and youth on the meaning of the national revolution andhow to carry out Marx’s thought, finally realizing the communism.
