Construct And Implement Communication Platform For Association Of Technology Based On SNS

Current website of association of technology still stays in Web1.0, the unidirectional mode of information dissemination. The members of association strongly desire to exchange their thoughts and information with each other. As lack of ways of communication, the current website can not meet the member’s need. Thus, after comprehensively researching on usage of the website, this paper proposes to construct communication platform system for association of technology based on SNS. SNS can promote the expansion of relationships, which is evolved from the theory of six degrees. In addition, personalized recommendation based on community detection provides more effective way for interaction.This paper presents the way of project achievements recommendation based on community detection of cooperation network among members. Firstly this paper constructs the cooperation network that reflects the cooperation degree between members, and uses the well-known BGLL algorithm to detect communities. Then, the members in the same community can be the nearest neighbor candidate each other. Recommending the project achievements interested by members can promote the exchange of project achievements.Meanwhile, this paper proposes the way of friend recommendation based on interest similarity network among members. As to interest similarity network, it uses project keywords as member character and is partitioned by fuzzy spectral clustering algorithm. According to the partitioned result, targeted friends are recommended to members.Lastly, with the combination of SMS and Email, this paper improves the information push approach from association to members, and implements the function columns of platform. Furthermore, this paper describes recommending procedures and shows results of recommendation based on the two networks built before. The communication platform system for association of technology is fully implemented.
