In recent years, Inner Mongolia Rural Credit Cooperative developed very rapidly,and gradually reached the level of modern banking after the region to achieving thecentralization of data and networking of the region. Nong Xin Yin clearingsystem is shortcut for the rapid development of rural credit cooperatives, and usedNong Xin Yin clearing system by means of sophisticated integrated system to buildNong Xin Yin business systems, to provide a unified business process platform forRCCs business.According to complex situation of information system interface on InnerMongolia Rural credit cooperative, this article designs and develops a kind ofinformation system general interface with XML message using the platform of Tibco.Needs to solve the agreement decoupling, the XML message and the database dumps,the service demand change to cause the interface to three crucial along with itquestion. For this reason this article proposed to solve the question mentality and thesystem general interface designed proposal, and has carried on the application in theagricultural letter society middle service. It has given the conception which furtherresearches and develops. This information system general interface’s design withrealizes has taken shape basically and it has made the gradual progress.
