With the development of computer technology and the popularization of Internet application, to perfect the education information system becomes the key of the construction of the information society. Among them, online recruitment of student registration system is a very important part of education information system. Now the separate provinces’online registration system and national college entrance examination graduate student online registration system have become a support platform for the college entrance examination and enrolment work of information collection and information management. As a platform that the mainland universities enrolling senior middle school students from places such as Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, overseas Chinese, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, overseas Chinese Joint Admissions Online Registration System (HMTCJAOR) successfully finished the recruitment of students both in2012and2013, after upgrading, which basically achieved recruit registration work by the paperless office-working and improved the efficiency of the league for registration work. However, in the development process, we found out problems that uneven foundation construction, high cost, redundant construction as well as the hardware and software resources, the heavy update version pressure from application etc.Cloud computing technology makes the user able to freely obtain the required software and hardware resources to meet their own needs timely and dynamically from the cloud. It fundamentally solved the problem of the software and hardware resource repeated construction, and achieved the goal of saving resource, also when the system version changes, the user does not need to consider whether version changes increase the allocation of resources or not, thus it reduces version change cost, improves the efficiency of the application version update as well. Therefore, building education cloud is an inevitable trend in the development of education informatization.This paper introduces the basic theory of cloud computing service mode, and comprehensively introduces the several mature cloud computing platforms, and then mainly focus on the key technology and difficult points of Google App Engine on the Google cloud platform. Next, according to the author’s intern experience in Guangdong province education examination department, the author does a lot research about the methods of the application integration, involving the SpringMVC framework and Google cloud platform. By using Google Web Toolkit to realize AJAX technology and design the presentation layer, it reduced the difficulty of Javascript development, debugging and maintenance, and enhanced the application’s browser compatibility. By using Google BlobStore technology, it solved the issues of uploading and downloading mass files problems. At the same time, by using JDO technical design system for the persistence layer, it solved the problem of non-relational database data persistence. On the premise of meeting the basic demand of system design, we completed the recruit application system development work and successfully finished the system deployment to Google’s cloud platform on GAE. In this paper, through the study for application based on cloud platform to explore the way of making education information system combine with cloud computing technology, we give the solutions and experiences for the management information system in cloud computing mode.
