| The rapid development of computer technology, network technology, databasetechnology and multimedia technology, has been quietly changing the traditional way ofthinking and mode of education. For a special group of civil servants, they often need tolearn professional courses and receive business training and assessment. But such trainingactivities tend to spend a lot of manpower, material resources and financial resources, andthe limitations of time and space is too large. Under this background, the web-based onlinelearning system whose main feature is asynchronous education came into being.The advantages of online education is that it broke through the limitations of time andspace, to achieve the sharing of resources, not only to increase the learning opportunities,and greatly reduce the cost of education, improve educational benefits. Anyone, anytime,anywhere and anything are prominent features of the network teaching, fully embodies theconvenience of learner main learning and collaborative learning brought. This paper focuson the functional requirements of civil servants learning, I established an efficient, fast,full-featured online learning system.In this paper, I used the idea of OO (Object Oriented) and architecture-centric, analyzethe specific business processes of the online learning system, and use UML to describe theBusiness model. This paper firstly introduces the advantage of online network educationcompare to the traditional education mode, and the development and application statusof network education. Then I do an acquirement analysis on the online civil service system.After a comprehensive analysis of the workflow for the learning system, I establishedthe core modules, including news module, online training module, online exam module,online forum module, resource center, system management module. At the design stage, Iuse Web-based three layer architecture: browser-Web server-database server. Learningsystem of B/S structure, the client only need to install the browser, and can access and useall of the features of the system. The use of B/S structure model is get rid of depending onthe client, and enhance the reusability and portability of system, also ease the maintenanceand expansion. I use C#which is simple and easy to use to program to realize thewhole system, storage and management of all the data using SQL Server2008, and finallyrealizes the online learning system based on Web for civil servants. News module: Provides browsing, publishing and classified management functions ofnews bulletin of the day-to-day operational needs of government agencies, policydocuments.Online training module: In accordance with the properties of training content, presentclassified to the students, students according to their own positions, the actual nature oftheir work and need to select the training course they want to participate. Each trainingcourse includes the content introduction, lecturer, training time, hours, credits, coursenumber and assessment methods.Online exam module: Manage the process of generate paper, online answer, submitpaper and automatic mark.Online forum module: Provide students with a platform for the exchange of experiencesand answer questions, promote communication and exchange among the participants.Resource Center: Classify of the text, audio, video and other learning resources,students can upload resources to enrich the repository, they can also search the resourcewanted by keyword, view and download.System management module: Manage the registration of new users and login of oldusers, also including resource management, training management, exam management andlecturer management.In short, the network teaching platform is the future trend of the education system. Thissystem has made some attempts, and also got certain achievements. But there are also someshortcomings, I will do constantly improvement in the future, and make it more mature andperfect. |
