Education is the fundamental development of our country, is one of the country’s corecompetitiveness, the development of education, training of personnel necessary to improvethe quality of teaching. In the teaching process,“Homework "," view job ", etc. is a veryimportant educational process as a means. Traditional practices are handmade, teachersshould assignments, the students complete the job to be handed over, and then issued afterapproval of teachers to explain. This process is very time-consuming. In addition, with thecontinuous development of science and technology, continuous development andpopularization of higher education, more and more schools, if simply relying on traditionalpractices, the efficiency of teaching is very low. So to increase efficiency, improve thequality of teaching, it is imperative to introduce high-tech computer education, theintroduction of the school, the formation of automated, computerized assisted instruction. Inview of this, many schools have been into the “paperless" teaching methods-online jobsubmission system.Now many online job submission system, there are some drawbacks: for example, nofull use of multimedia teaching resources, teacher-student interaction is rather poor, poorscalability, in this context, the design of the system. The system is based on B/S and C/Smixed mode architecture model, an improved genetic algorithm development, the systemconsists of three major modules, the administrator module, teacher module and the studentmodule, the main module and the student module for teachers, corresponding to the teachersand students in the interface module. System functions are: login function (divided intodifferent user login), job distribution, job submission, view results and answers,teacher-student exchanges and other functions.
