Bank’s credit card business as a core business has been booming in recent years.Since credit cards are for banks, is a high-risk high-yield business, so credit risk withincreasing frequency, which produces a risk event also showed a gradual upwardtrend, causing incalculable damage. According to incomplete statistics, as of knowah2012, China’s credit card to play more than2,300cases registered since theamount involved exceeded the billion mark. Meanwhile, the level of credit cardcrime intelligence, networking trend is increasingly evident, involving growingdifficulty finishing crime gradual growth. And how effective control of the risks ofcredit card bank credit card business continued to be the focus of development.In view of this, combined with the As the first national smart city, the people’swealth accumulation among the domestic front, in addition to its domestic financialreforms as a comprehensive experimental zone for domestic credit risk data controlprovides a good platform, agricultural Bank of China as the four major state-ownedbank’s credit card business in the vanguard of the scene, the Agricultural Bank ofselected as the research object, specifically from the following aspects of credit riskcontrol database analysis system design and implementation.(1) Firstly, in-depth analysis of the current trends in credit risk controls aroundtheir problems introduced lightweight architecture based on J2EE platform and rulesengine technology, it has both good maintainability, extensibility; they can be partof the code to encapsulate business rules, passed to the rule engine to process theadvantage, for the ever-increasing credit card business is a good choice.(2) Secondly, based on the above credit risk control system for business needsin-depth analysis, pointing out the traditional credit risk framework for bank creditcard business in the emerging limitations, thus the proposed platform based on J2EElightweight structure and rules engine ABC credit card credit risk control databaseanalysis system approach to design.(3) Under the program design ideas, combined with the design of systemsrequired to achieve the purpose and scope of the overall design of the system and thedetailed design of all levels, and gives specific business rules manifestations. And tostudy the current popular rule engine, based on the selected Drools as appropriatebank risk control rule base. By integrating with Spring Struts iBatis functional advantages, the formation of a new framework.(4) Finally, this paper based on J2EE lightweight framework and rules engineAgricultural Bank credit card Credit Risk Control data analysis system aresummarized and discussed. Results showed that the system in response to theexplosive growth of the credit card business, there has been good maintainability,while negative external environment to adapt to multiple changes can make a timelyresponse, so as to make the greatest possible ABC reduce losses. In the future, butalso in business rules engine specific type of task allocation and other aspects tofurther improve and thus play a greater system flexibility.
