In the information age, business environment has changed fundamentally. Rapidlychanging customer needs, technological innovation isaccelerating product life cycles continueto shorten, an increasingly competitive market, these constitute the three major forcesaffecting the survival and development of the modern enterprise: customers, competition andchange. Theindustrial age relying on the competition of large-scale enterprises, the "level"system management mode and based on MRPII application management toolsare no longerapplicable to the development of enterprises today. In order to adapt to customers, competitionand changes in the external environment, enterprises must carry out the managementphilosophy of the Revolution (Revolution), the reorganization of the management model andprocess (Reengineering) andupdate on the management techniques (Reform), and thus on aglobal scale, triggering a revolution in business process reengineering (BPR) as the maincontent management model and management to enterprise resource planning (ERP) systemapplications as the main means of revolution. The contribution of Small and MediumEnterprises (SMES) in economy becomes more and more influential when the economydevelops rapidly. In order to improve the competitiveness, SMES make effort to achieveenterprise management information technology. However, the management and developmentof SMES is facing various problems. Because of the personalized business, legacy system andthe change in modeling method of SMES management, the failure rate is high onimplementing the ordinary ERP solutions on SMES. Therefore, it is especially important to doresearch and then design ERP solution which is suitable for SMES and can be built, edited andupgraded rapidly.This article puts forward a solution: Visual Web ERP System Architect(VWESA, Note:The article will use VWESA in the rest.) development platform,to solve using traditional ERPsystem repeatedly failed SMES in the process of the realization of the information technology,designed for SMES, able to quickly build, modify, and update the ERP system solutions. Thetraditional ERP systems-oriented public management model is not suitable for changing,personalized enterprise. At the same time, the system development cycle of a traditional ERPsystem is unable to modify, expand the defects and poor.This system is an ERP system can cope with a variety of personalized, changes in demand.Part is divided into high-level business service process modeling subsystem for developers to modify at any time for personalized, changing business processes, and use the other modulesof the system to compile to generate an ERP system. Icons of user by dragging the systemprovides high-level business process modeling business processes, corporate personalized,visually and custom interface, and complete customization and modification of the system.This thesis will summarize about the solutions’ feasibility, design, research contents, andthe part of the business process modeling module detailed technical scheme will be presented.
