With the advance of servo drive technology, the characteristics of the electric actuator is fast response, high control precision, as a kind of electric actuator, the electric cylinder is flexible and its position can be controlled accurately. Based on these advantages, there is important significance to applyelectric cylinder in the large parts assembly that improve environment and accuracy of the assembly.In the study of electric cylinder, control strategy is used the mode servo motor position control mode. The research method of this paper is based on the speed, the control model of "control card and servo drive", first of all, build a mathematic model of the motor, then take it to simulation analysis in the servo system, the simulation results verify the requirements of control index, shows that control strategy have feasibility, then according to the results of simulation experiment platform, the control circuit and main circuit are designed and completion port connection and draw the main circuit and control circuit diagram, software part is used c++to write control program to finish the relevant function module of the control, the static and dynamic experiments, the experimental results verify the requirements of control target, show that the control strategy is effective.In addition, in order to improve the anti-interference ability of the signal, and is easy to transmission, reduce electric cylinder’s electromagnetic interference to the loan, so adopted "CAN card and servo inverter control mode, first, the characteristics of the CAN communication is introduced, and then introduced the CAN card and servo driver related knowledge and construct experimental platform, the software part is used Matlab control function module, to achieve the positioning of electric cylinder and run automatically, finally with the motor position control and speed control is studied, and analyzes the experimental data.
