From the Angle of geography, the spread of information refers to information ina certain period of time from one location to other location on the transfer process.This study based on April10,2013"The ancient city of phoenix charge event"happened to analyze the spread of public opinion in microblog, mainly from the eventdiffusion mechanism, diffusion path, geographical characteristics and diffusion modeland so on four aspects to discuss the microblogging public opinion events ingeographical spatial diffusion phenomenon.The study found that:(1) Public opinionevents as a whole takes the form by the core to the edge of the level of diffusion.Public opinion events in microblog diffusion: abide by the nodes in the model, theright to have a center node, namely information publisher for the first time, then thenode is connected to the bridge, and at last the long tail node, the spread of publicopinion events in microblog influence degree depends on bridge node size.(2) Publicopinion events in present stage diffusion time and present characteristic s-shapedcurve. Event in the ancient city of phoenix charging time can be divided intopreclinical stage, evolution period, outbreak, spread and fading period five stages ofdiffusion. Secondly elaborated thisthesis research object and research method, research significance of the thesis againgiven certain self assessment, have certain innovation, finally determines theconception and framework of this study.The second part introduces the "microblog" and "public opinion" and themeaning of "public opinion", is the main feature of node in microblog diffusion areexpounded and the related progress in recent years, finally analyzes the geographicaldiffusion of innovation theory and applications of geographical diffusion ofinnovation theory in geography.The main content of the third part is combined with related cases to analyze themicroblogging public opinion events node diffusion mechanism and diffusion path,microblogging public opinion events in the spread of microblog is through thegovernment, the audience under the function, the traditional media and opinionleaders. By applying statistical analysis software SPSS, the public opinion in sinamicroblog integral calculation and analysis of the phenomenon of diffusion, events are analyzed in detail the spread of the spread of the internal mechanism and underthe background of different paths.The fourth part is mainly based on the actual case by using Photoshop andARCGIS software for data processing and analysis, discusses the charge eventmicroblogging public opinion in the ancient city of phoenix nodes spread diffusioncharacteristics of space and time characteristics, node diffusion model and so on threeaspects of content.
