Based Interactive Learning Instructional Design And Development Support Skills Development Thematic Website

In recent years, With the continuous development of informational education, Information technology meets the needs educational development in interpersonal communication, resources sharing, automatic management and other areas.Geared to the21st century education reform and development, especially in the field of basic education, raising the professional level of teachers is a critical issue. The master of education are in teacher’s preparation phase with different cognitive and learning characteristics, and we always pay more attention to the training methods of teaching and theoretical education. so the master of education need to take more teaching skills. With the development of multimedia and network technology, the integration of information technology and teacher education has brought unprecedented new opportunity for the teacher professional development. This study presents the use of information technology to assist the master of education’ teaching skills, design and develop the dedicated website based on interactive learning to assist the teaching skills.The dedicated website is based on the theory of interactive learning, and designed according to the needs of the master of education for the teaching skills from Capital Normal University and the cognition characteristics of the master of education. and it providing an auxiliary tool and environment. This study used literature analysis, questionnaire survey method and content analysis, the main contents(1)Through the collection, sorting and analysis, discussion the teaching skills related theory and research, summarizing the dedicated website characteristics and development trend of the teaching skills.(2)According to the survey for the master of education from Capital Normal University, the researcher understand the master of education’s teaching skills.(3)According to the preliminary work, we design and develop the dedicated website to assist the teaching skills. After put into application, we used the content analysis to preliminary analysis the interactive effects for the dedicated website, and used survey for the application results to know the satisfaction from the master of education.Study has shown that, the dedicated website based on interactive learning to assist the teaching skills can help to develop the teaching skills:It not only provides a space of exchange, targeted resource evaluation and reflection, but also can build a study community, assist the theory into practice, reinforce the reflection. While supporting the teaching skills, it also provides beneficial enlightenment for normal schools.
