Design And Implementation Of National Tax Auditing Case Selection System Based On Data Mining

The key role of the tax inspection work is to crack down on tax-related crimes,protection as the safety of the country's main source of financial income tax.As in the Internet economy in recent years the rapid development of emerging economies such as form,in the increase of national tax revenue at the same time,all sorts of new ways of tax-related crime also emerge in endlessly,give tax inspection work under the new situation has brought new tasks and challenges.Auditing work of national tax departments at present mainly include auditing,used for inspection,case,case perform four basic link,auditing used as the first link,used accurate or not directly affects the effect of the tax inspection work,in the current big data era,under the big background of the development degree of whole society informationization and further,most taxes in the use of information technology as the main way and means of manage the daily business activities,economic activity is mostly in the form of data operation and storage,which requires the national tax auditing departments of audit work to penetrate the complexity of the huge data,used to dig the tax-related crime,for the next tax examination to provide effective guidance and support.This paper designed and developed based on data mining technology by the national tax inspection system can be used to replace the existing way of mainly rely on manual screening inspection work mode,used efficiently deal with massive tax data,fast accurate assessment tax-related risk level,provide effective targets and data support for the tax inspection,improve the tax inspection work to crack down on tax-related crimes,to ensure the safety of national tax.System in the technical aspects of this paper is mainly to analyze audit data used,using decision tree method,cluster analysis and principal component analysis and statistical methods,such as classifying the data mining,designed for national tax inspection on the tax-related used risk assessment model;Mainly in terms of development using the Java language,Browser/Server architecture,and has good scalability and reliability,is designed and implemented user log-in module,data analysis module,risk assessment module,system management module and other functional modules.Combined with national tax auditing work used the practical and theoretical knowledge of software development,empirical research to practice,makes every effort to research results have high scientific and practical.
