As the development of science and technology, especially the electronictechnology and computer technology, medical image acquisition and processingtechnology has made great progress. In the meantime, it has also emerged manymedical image enhancement technology. As we all know, Medical images are animportant basis for modern medical diagnostics and medical research. But due to thelimit the impact of medical imaging equipment and other hardware image, themedical image is usually possible to be get that the details are not clear orlow-contrast, and it cannot meet the requirements of medical workers. Medical imageenhancement technology has a crucial role for medical image. Therefore, in order tomedical workers make a correct analysis and diagnosis of medical images, we need toput medical image enhancement technology as an important research topic.Currently, common medical image enhancement technology has enhanceglobal and local enhancement methods. Commonly used in medical imageenhancement technology has contrast stretching, histogram transform, wavelettransform, and so on. However, these enhancement method have strong limitations,and at some point they do not get better medical images. For example, histogramtransform is good at the global medical image enhancement, but it is not obvious toImportant areas of medical images (such as: lesion area). Contrast stretching methodcan enhance the contrast of medical images, but it may result in loss of image detailsat the same time. These methods do not improve visual effects of medical images onsubjective. So this paper presents a medical image enhancement technology based onhuman visual characteristic and combine medical image enhancement method withthe visual characteristics of human eye subtly to achieve meaningful medical imageenhancement.The paper is from the perspective of the human visual system, and combinewith the region of interest laws of the human eye, and use the human eye being moresensitive than the image edge features and characteristics of contrast sensitivity of thehuman eye, we propose a new image enhancement idea which can improve theaccuracy of image enhancement. First, we preprocess a medical image and get themain enhance regional; secondly, we enhance the function of the region in line withthe proposed use of the human visual characteristics enhanced image (edgeenhancement and contrast of medical images in this process, while reducing the effects of noise); Finally, we output enhanced image.
