This architecture consists of thenetwork layer, data layer, application layer, application layer and interface layer,and follows the information security, system management and maintenancesystem and standard system framework.Based on.NET development platform and Oracle databases, we put the toppriority on radio management information system, use UML modeling languageto explain the system activity process, database logical design, as well as the relationship, state and information transfer between functional class, finallyfinish architecture design based on B/S and C/S model.By using the method of the modular design, we design the managementfunctions such as users application of radio station management system, radiofrequency management, data entry, examination and approval, scrap data storage,annual stations inspection, station license management, charge management anddata query and statistics.In order to make system easy to use and clear in functional partitioning,page view and quick positioning, we build the system menu and function framebased on tree navigation menu structure and Tree View module in web andXML technology.
