With the development of electronic technology and progress, the radiobusiness in the rapid development of the different application fields,Put forwardhigher requirements for the monitoring and management of the radio frequencyspectrum.As the most significant component and express model of radiomanagement,based on the principle of unified planning and unified construction,radio management information system normalizes construction, strengthens theintegration of information in each office and application and realizes theexchange between different business information.According to the overall designrequirement of National e-government system construction,this paper meets therealistic needs of radio management informatization construction and discussesthe problem of radio management information system architecture and designwithin the context of radio management information of radio managementcommittee in heilongjiang province, and the main work is also completed asfollowing.To solve the problem of radio management information system architectureand design, According to the overall design requirement of Nationale-government system construction, this paper gives a radio managementinformation system architecture design combined with the actual demand forradio management information construction. This architecture consists of thenetwork layer, data layer, application layer, application layer and interface layer,and follows the information security, system management and maintenancesystem and standard system framework.Based on.NET development platform and Oracle databases, we put the toppriority on radio management information system, use UML modeling languageto explain the system activity process, database logical design, as well as the relationship, state and information transfer between functional class, finallyfinish architecture design based on B/S and C/S model.By using the method of the modular design, we design the managementfunctions such as users application of radio station management system, radiofrequency management, data entry, examination and approval, scrap data storage,annual stations inspection, station license management, charge management anddata query and statistics.In order to make system easy to use and clear in functional partitioning,page view and quick positioning, we build the system menu and function framebased on tree navigation menu structure and Tree View module in web andXML technology.
