With the development of electronic technology, embedded computing, networking, andwireless communications technology, WSN appeared. It integrates the characteristics of these fourtechnologies, network development to a new height, motivated the Internet of Things. WSN canbe widely used in industrial and agricultural control, biological, medical, environmental testing, and many other fields, especially in the field of industrial control applications, is a hotspot ofresearch in recent years, more and more people and attention. In this paper, through analysis of current situation of the development of WSN, architecture, protocol stack, etc, pointed out the performance indicators that need to pay attention to whendesign wireless sensor networks MAC protocol. Combined with specific conditions of theindustrial environment, proposed a MAC protocol for industrial wireless network based on thenetwork load conditions:SC-MAC.SC–MAC protocol using state machine mechanism to assessment and management ofchannel, and generates a high quality channel queue. Combination of IEEE802.15.4E channelgeneration algorithm, produce the frequency hopping pattern. Using timeslot frames andCollaborative frame structure, on the channel allocation, Based on TDMA based on basic method, when the load is heavier, using CSMA/CA algorithm competition within the same timeslotallocated time slot, allows every node to fair use time slot. Using collaborative frame on linkallocation for synergy between the nodes. Through simulation analysis of OMNeT++, resultsshowed that in different load cases, compared to the PA-MAC of IEEE802.15.4E the SC-MACprotocols have higher throughput, low latency and energy consumption.
