In the laser transmission, we can calculate the parameters such as wavefront PV value, RMS value by the laser lightwave phase detection and provide technical support for adaptive optical system wavefront detection, atmospheric turbulence statistics characteristic measurement, human eye difference measurement, atmospheric laser communication and beam quality diagnosis and so on. Therefore, high precision, rapid laser light phase detection can provide the application base for laser atmospheric transmission and security, as well as provide more reliable theoretical basis for laser application in communication, medical treatment, machining, military and other fields. This paper puts forward an improved technology of laser atmosphere transmission lightwave phase detection applying weighted threshold image denoising algorithm proposed in the paper and the centroid detection algorithm of region growing, wavefront reconstruction precision and lightwave phase detection stability have been improved significantly. And acquire lightwave phase data through the atmospheric turbulence simulation pool experiment, develop the lightwave phase detection and processing software by Visual Studio2008, verify the high precision and rubustness of the algorithm by processing and analyzing the lightwave phase data through the atmospheric turbulence simulation pool.
