Fiber Raman laser which is based on the stimulated Raman scattering effect can be obtained within a wide range of laser emission fiber lasers. The narrow pulse width light source is indispensable for high energy, high time resolution pumping and the probe light source. At present, domestic and overseas pulse width compression technology is mainly used in stimulated radiation fiber laser, but the pulse width compression technology of the stimulated Raman scattering fiber laser is unreported.In this paper, the adopted pulse width compression technologies include a SESAM compressor, a parallel the grating compressor, all-optical compressor, laser system is established, optical fiber Raman laser pulse width compression technology is researched. The all-optical compressor which is based on DSF+SMF in stimulated radiation fiber laser adopt NZDSF+SMF,.Experimentally, this system is used to compress the pulse width, the output performance of the laser beam is tested. Theoretically, the output characteristic of optical fiber Raman laser pulse width compression system is analyzed.
