With the rapid development of space laser communication, people are constantly ascen-sion requirements on the communica tion transmission rate.However when in achieving high speed,the output power will decreases, so people pay more attention on realizing high power high speed launch technology’s problem at the same time.In this paper, at first analyzed the laser modulation technology and EDFA amplification technology in theory, and choose the1550nmDFB semiconductor laser as the light source, and at the same time, the research of semiconductor laser driver circuit; Secondly in modulation the outer modulation technology to achieve high modulation rate of light output, including the LiNbO3MZ modulator and DPSK encoding, and study the modulator driver circuit, and through the simulation analysis, we can realize10gbit/s high rate transmission; Through the EDFA achieve high power light output, and study the EDFA light power control circuit, through the analysis of experimental results show that the power control circuit can guarantee the stability of the EDFA output power, can reach the requirements of the performance.
