With the rapid development of laser technology and photoelectron component technology, as well as the further requests about the distance and quality of communication, the optical communication technology is rapidly developed with unique merit. Japan in 1995 installed on the satellite using the optical communication terminal to successfully communicate with the ground stations of light experiments, although the data rate of this test is only 1.4Mbps, this will enable the Japanese rank of satellite first in the field of optical communications research. Space laser communication, its feasibility has been demonstrated, the difficulty lies in its implementation of the laser emission power delivery systems adequate to support the long-distance communications, and communications during the course of the work of the stability of the laser requirements are very high.Semiconductor laser diode is a kind of device with high power density and sky-high quantum efficiency. Even weak drive current and temperature change will lead to its large change of output light power and device parameter, which directly damages the safe use of laser diode, even steady working of all communication system. At the same time, Semiconductor laser diode is very sensitive to the temperature not only leads to the fluctuation of supply current, but also makes threshold current, quantum efficiency, output wavelength and output light intensity of the laser diode change greatly. So, it is necessary to control the semiconductor laser diode by technology of detecting exactly and controlling automatically in practical application. The high power and high reliable laser is the most important part in the spatial optical communication emission system. Optical realization of new technologies can quickly translate into productivity, To play a cost-effective for the country's economic development and national defense construction, more advanced technology to lay the basis for the development of high technology to create a good condition.Paper analyse the intelligence control's trend of semiconductor laser, and discuss the control method of semiconductor laser, because the frequency is easy influence by environment. The laser launch system to ensure the stability of the work of the main research contents of this paper, including a laser driver circuit for the laser temperature measurement and control of laser power for the detection and control.The experiment proved that a system designed to meet technical requirements.
