It can be categorized into active micromixer and passive micromixer with external energy input or not. In this thesis a PDMS(Polydimethylsiloxane)-glass structure passive micromixer is developed. First a prototype micromixer is fabricated utilizing advanced MEMS micromachining fabrication technology, then the numerical simulation of liquid mixing in micro channel is carried out to analyze the impact of varies parameter on mixing uniformity and an optimized high mixing efficiency geometry structure is brought forward. This thesis is mainly related to the following research content and results:In the first part, a micromachining process is developed utilizing PDMS and glass material. The PDMS holds an advantage of simpler fabrication process, lower cost, higher diaphaneity and better biochemical compatibility in contrast to widely used silicon abroad. The entire process consists of rapid SU-8 micro patterning, replica-molding and surface... | Keywords/Search Tags: | micromixer, PDMS, soft lithography, surface modification, mixing uniformity, diffusion, convention, Reynolds number, digital image process | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
