To meet the needs of taxi and bus system for natural gas energy in Qinhuangdao, The City is throwing more efforts to build gas filling stations. For this reason, our university provides refilling equipment and related control system for Gas Corporation CNG stations in Qinhuangdao City, cooperated with Qin Huangdao Yuchuan Electrical Equipment Co., Ltd. In this context, the project features, performance and security requirements are researched exhaustively, and a control management system is designed to meet the engineering requirements in this paper.Starting from the needs of the project, the overall demand for control management system in CNG filling stations as well as design objectives and design principles are introduced comprehensively. Based on the analysis of the functional requirements of the filling station, the system is divided into four Parts:card machine interaction subsystem, card subsystem, station control subsystem and station management subsystem, in which card management subsystem and station control subsystem is the focus of this article. In the card subsystem, I design a card key management system the mechanism of the mother card and the sector and the data storage arrangement in card. Full set of business system about card is also designed to meet the relevant requirements. In station control system, I design a communication protocol for the card machine communication, which uses a serial and active polling way to implement the data interaction. Through the detailed design of black and white list mechanism, system can work in offline mode, so as to ensure the whole system of business7×24hours support. The security mechanisms in the system are also discussed in the paper. In order to prevent interference or illegal theft of the data in transfer process, the CRC checksum mechanism is used in the serial data, and the3DES encryption transmission is also used in the transaction log. To ensure all the vehicles undergo regular safety checks, cylinder security time is designed for deadline to the card, making the vehicle must regularly return to station to check for refilling. Hot standby server reliability is designed to avoid single point of failure. In addition, a role-based rights management mechanism is also designed for the system’s registry staff, so as to access different systems for the flexible rights management. The entire system was on line at the end of March this year, and the relevant functions are well positioned to meet the requirements of the project.
