With the rapid development of spectrum detection technology, traditional camouflage technology has been difficult to meet demand in a wider spectrum within the scope of compensation for multispectral detection machine.This paper designed a digital intelligent automatic brightness adjusting system to control LED to composite luminescence,making the traditional camouflage base to achieve wide spectrum within the scope of compensation.This paper first briefly introduces the traditional camouflage technology and research hot spot-new concept of electronic camouflage, and make a relevant specification principle and realizability of the system in this article,and complete the whole design scheme of the system on this basis.Second completed the electrical system design and selection of brightness automatic adjustment system. According to the requirements and index of customers,it determines the upper technical indexes of this system as well as a variety of electrical indicators;Use Prote199Se drawing software to design the whole control circuit schematic diagram and generate corresponding PCB figure;Choose existing of silicon photocell, filter and photometric probe on the market to complete the the design of acquisition part;Complete light-emitting device selection and corresponding light-emitting unit design;Then proceed joining together of whole system.Then internal controller debugs on HEW software program, and it burns through emulator E8A simulation,and determines its correctness.at the same time, it use the test equipment such as oscilloscope to test the function for the record program.Finally, in determining the local function good conditions, it completed the connection of the whole system.It tests the spectrum compensation of instrument system by spectrophotometer, and finish the system calibration work. The last step, choose a suitable environment, through the multispectral surveillance camera shooting scene compensation of actual effect, and through own software analysis, check the camouflage effect.
