With the diversified development of the economy and the natural test of the market, recreational market has become the only industry that can strongly develop in economic crisis, which is recognized as "Entertainment profit" mode in Economists. Movie is the fastest all-pervading profitable carrier in many kinds of entertain modes.5D movie adds motion experience platform and environmental effects to3D movie, so that audience can interact with roles in the film.5D movie has more advanced and more real super incomparable experience on the basis of3D movie. Therefor, it will have a wide market prospect.The5D movie dynamic experience platform is a system of multiple free degrees, which has multiple axes and controlled by different motors. To control muti-axis motion of the5D movie dynamic experience platform, a high-performance, low-cost four-axis PMAC is designed in this thesis, it solves the problem of hardware circuit design, trajectory control, PCI device drivers and other key technical issues, the performance of the board has been verified through experiments.Firstly, this thesis gives the hardware system of the PMAC, and it focus on module design of the hardware system, including the DSP module, FPGA module, PCI control interface module and the peripheral interface module(terminal board), etc.In order to reduce complexity of the board hardware design, improving the stability of the board and cost performance, the design models interpolation, encoder feedback, counter, general digital I/O interface and dual port RAM with hardware thought in the FPGA internal.From the point of driven development, according to API function execution process development, this design utilized WinDriver tools to develop PCI Control Interface Device Driver, and processed IO/Memory read and write and Interrupt intensively.At last, it debugged hardware system basically. The debugging indicated the design of the PMAC hardware system circuit and PCI device driver control interface correct. On this basis, the result of motion control test still satisfied the design demands, leading four-axis PMAC do motion control test on6DOFS dynamic experience platforms, which was in closed loop control system.
