With the rapid development of communication industry and computer technology, people have a strong demand of information transmission and access under the high speed motion state.Either air combat and command by unmanned aerial vehicle or the synergy between the moving vehicles on the ground needs performance support the of the high speed mobile network. Facing the fast metabolic network topology and complex actual environment factors, physical test on the actual network, experiment using real scene apparently have become a difficulty to research on the network communication of high speed movement nodes. So, researching more appropriate communication protocol and the communication performance testing methods must be a difficult and valuable task.This paper analyzes the node demand under the condition of high speed movement environment.Combined with the characteristics of WSN,we have designed a scenario simulation test system which can simulate high-speed mobile network based on turntable test. The test system consists of PC monitoring software, turntable and motion control components, high-speed node mobile communication platform, blending the wireless sensor network technology, computer technology and control technology. The core components of turntable motion control are the motion control card, servo drive and servo motor. Motor control card and servo drive form the motion control agencies. The servo motor is motion executor. At the same time, the hardware design of the wireless network communication of this system is carried out with MC13213of FreescaleTM company as the core. Then design and realize the network supporting technology, the physical layer, MAC layer, network layer of the wireless sensor network communication protocol stack from the point of view of engineering. Monitoring software is designed with Visual C++6.0as the platform, having developed the turntable motion control module, wireless communication module and video monitoring module. After that, through high-speed movement experiment on our platform system for wireless communications,we have found that the problem of packet loss rate is caused by high speed movement,and doppler effect which has much influence on communication is verified. Finally, we have proved that the application of network coding mechanism can effectively improve problem of packet loss rate due to the decline of the transmission quality caused by frequency shift under the condition of high speed rotation through the experimental results.
