At present a lot of colleges has already realized, the traditional communication principle experiment of the content of the existing algorithm observation, the experimenter can only see the last processed experimental results, for processing does not know, therefore cannot analyze the principle of the result, it also means that the experiment is the verification experiment, and do not have the system development and flexibility. To transcend the existing experimental system, and this in a comprehensive, openness, the development fuss, design idea should try to ensure that the flexibility of the system, let the experimenter can adjust the parameters more, can use a broader range. The verification experiment is only deepen the students’understanding to theoretical knowledge, to begin development ability experiment is not enough, therefore, developing a cost-effective communication comprehensive experiment system is particularly urgent and necessary.According to the demand, this paper proposes a set with DSP as the foundation, the characteristics of opening, standardization and modularization, and secondary development of communication comprehensive experiment system. System USES orthogonal demodulation method to realize the modulation demodulation experiment. Through the controller Settings, it can achieve different system of modem experiment, in the certain scope, setting baseband signal rate and carrier frequency, modem way, general filter parameters and synchronization system parameters, realize a can make learners learn each module in the system, the role of of the position, and its performance change on system effect on the performance of demodulation experiment module. Compared with the traditional experimental equipment, this system not only can finish the current communication system field the most basic experiment, make the operator to learn the basic working principle, intuitive observation information transmission process, the communication system of the basic transmission principle the realization process of deep understanding of get; Simultaneously this system also has strong expansibility, through the change algorithm complete creative, design of experimental projects. The system also blended in CPLD technology, can give full play to student’s beginning ability, develop the students’practice ability and innovation ability, make the learners’comprehensive ability effectively improve.This paper completed the communication comprehensive experiment system each functional module of the software and hardware design, and the experiment system for the whole debugging. On this basis, gives the system part of the modem experiment content, test results show that the experiment content operation is stable and reliable, and experiment conclusion correct.
